45 minThree-person crew enters on manager key. Merchandise stays on shelves — we mask, not move. Drop cloths cover every square foot of floor within 12 inches of any wall.
Primer or first color coat applied.
2.5 hrsAirless sprayer for large field areas, brush and roller for cut-in work within 6 inches of fixtures. We work in sections — one crew member cuts, two roll.
First coat dries. Crew inspects edges.
1 hrLow-VOC latex dries to touch in 45 minutes at standard retail HVAC temperature. Crew inspects all cut lines, corners, and transition zones under work lights.
Second coat. Full coverage confirmed.
2 hrsSecond coat applied with same section pattern. Coverage checked with portable UV light on all accent walls and feature columns. Any holidays flagged and corrected immediately.
All masking removed. Floor cleaned.
45 minDrop cloths rolled up. Tape pulled at 45 degrees for clean edge lines. Any overspray on fixtures wiped with mineral spirits. Store left cleaner than we found it.
Zone-by-zone photos sent to manager.
30 minEvery wall photographed with timestamp. Manager receives a PDF report with before/after images, paint batch numbers, and VOC certification before 6 AM.
Store opens on schedule.
